Overview: Preowned Inventory System (POIS) is a vehicle management system used by BMW dealerships to track inventory and certifications. For years the process has been done manually by paper resulting in errors, usability issues, loss of time and has forced some dealerships to using third party systems to solve this issue.

Our team was brought in to digitize the Certified Preowned (CPO) Checklist and design a pre-owned vehicle management system.
